I deal with depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, fibromyalgia, dysautonomia, and inflammatory arthritis. Faced with all of that, I was left feeling like a failure most of the time. Then, I had a breakthrough, and found ways to change that.
I started this blog to share those insights with others. I’m hoping to create a supportive community of people who learn how to love themselves, and how to live the one life we get to the fullest they can.
